Bernadette Chukwuezi, PMHNP-BC

Bernadette is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with over 15 years of experience in both inpatient and outpatient mental health care. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and her advanced practice degree in Psychiatric Mental Health from Chamberlain University.

She is fluent in English, Nigerian Pidgin, and Igbo, allowing her to serve a diverse patient population effectively.

Deeply committed to reducing mental health stigma and improving access to care within underserved communities, Bernadette emphasizes empathetic, patient-centered care in every interaction. She is dedicated to creating a safe, supportive, and collaborative environment where patients feel heard and empowered.

Outside of her professional work, Bernadette enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her family.
